Preventative Dentistry
We believe the best dentistry is when we do not need to pick up a drill. At The Health Society, prevention of oral and general diseases is at our core. We provide preventative services such as personalised treatment plans, microbiome testing, advice on supplements and diet all to avoid any disease from occurring. We believe that prevention is far better than cure and recommend every patient comes at least every 6 months for a full check of their teeth and gums.
Restorative Dentistry
Our treatments are personalised to meet your specific needs. We provide treatments such as fillings, crowns and root canal treatments when and if necessary at the highest standard. We are a mercury free practice and only place biomimetic materials in the mouth.
Cosmetic Dentistry
We believe the best thing you can wear is a smile. Once your mouth is free of disease and stabilised, we offer cosmetic dental treatments to enhance your smile. Treatments include whitening, veneers, straightening and composite bonding.
Implants
An implant is long term solution for replacing missing or failing teeth. It is a titanium screw that is placed directly in your jaw bone to replace your missing tooth root. After it is fitted, the bone surrounding your tooth will gradually fuse to the screw, holding the implant firmly in place. A false tooth is then fitted to the top of the implant to be similar in shape, size and colour to your existing teeth. Implants usually last approximately 15-20 years and have the best aesthetics. We also provide all ceramic options available.
Oral Surgery
Sometimes teeth need to go (RIP). We make sure that they removed in the most gentle and comfortable way. We also provide sedation to help our patients feel relaxed when they are going through any surgery.
