Out of hours Emergencies
Our opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm
Saturday: 10am to 1pm
We hope we will always be there to address any dental emergencies you may have. If you find yourself needing emergency dental care out-of-hours, our website and our out-of-hours practice voicemail will have the most up-to-date contact information of the dentist on-call who can address your emergency. We will make every effort to create an action plan depending on the emergency:
If the emergency can be managed over the phone, we will guide you.
If the emergency can be addressed the next day, we will book you in as a priority to see you as soon as we open.
If the emergency requires out-of-hours attendance at the clinic, we will make every effort to see you. This may have to be without a chaperone.
If the emergency requires emergency services, we will make appropriate referrals to the local hospital.
We want our service to meet your expectations. If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of our service, we want to identify how we can improve to ensure we meet your expectations in future. Our aim is to learn from any feedback we receive and improve our service.
We will deal with complaints courteously and promptly and aim to resolve the matter quickly.
